DL-801 is a unique PVC processing aid developed by our company which has the higher molecular weight and viscosity,compared with other general processing aid DL-801 has fast fusion time and better melt flow.in course of production it hasn’t almost any affection on Vicat softening points of PVC finished product.it can efficiently improve surface-gloss of PVC finished products. it is used to produce all kinds of opaque PVC products with needs of Hi-surface glossiness, especially for PVC pipe application.
Applications
Its main function is to improve the impact strength of indoor applications,especially for PVC finished products which have the super-high impact strength needs,like credit card and PVC pressure pipe etc
